As I walked through the front door I was hit with the smell of 200,000 smokers. Once I arrived I found out why Cindy sounded that way. When I called to make a reservation I spoke with Cindy who sounded like she’d been smoking for 60 years. I was invited by friends for there 25th wedding anniversary. After visiting the front desk to get reactivated and speak with Chrystal the front desk manager who could care less about anything she promised to talk to the marketing manager. Guess what me key was set to deactivate at 4 A.M. The next morning I took my bags to my car and filled up at the fireworks stand and went back to my room to finish checking out. So I didn’t buy the $200 of fireworks on the counter. I go to the front desk and ask for my coupon only to be told we haven’t had those coupons for months. So after 10 hours in the casino I go over to buy my 20% off fireworks only to be told by a rude little teenage manager I have to have a coupon.
The on-site gas station/fireworks stand gives hotel guest 20% off. I had fun in the casino and they have a fireworks area where you can set off professional fireworks.
